Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Omnicom Advertising Group since January 2025, James previously held the role of Global CIO for Omnicom Advertising and Omnicom Production from August 2021 to January 2025. Prior to that, James spent over a decade at dentsu international, overseeing creative technology initiatives as Vice President and managing various technology operations roles. James’s earlier experience includes significant positions at Swirl Integrated Marketing, ClinOps, and Aetna, where skills in digital transformation, project management, and technology strategy were honed. James is an alumnus of California State University, Fresno.
