Brian Clayton is the Chief Data Privacy Officer at Omnicom Group. Brian has over 19 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance, privacy, risk, and cybersecurity.

Previously, Brian served as the Associate General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer at Conduent. In this role, they were responsible for global privacy compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, and HIPAA.
