Robin Chipkin

Robin Chipkin is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Systems at Omnicom Group since July 2005, Robin leads the strategy, design, implementation, and administration of global HR systems, including the SuccessFactors Employee Central system. Prior to this role, Robin was the VP and Manager of HRIS and Compensation at BBDO New York from February 1994 to July 2005. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University.
