Ylli Baku

Ylli Baku serves as the Payroll Director at Omnicom since January 2020, overseeing payroll operations for a network of over 90 agencies, including BBDO, DDB, OHG, OPMG, and TBWA, which collectively employ more than 10,000 staff members. In addition, Ylli Baku has been the President of Baku Consulting Inc. since August 2011. Prior experience includes serving as Payroll Director at Omnicom HealthGroup Financial Center from March 2006 to January 2020, with expertise in payroll and HRIS systems, employee benefits, financial analysis, state registrations, taxes, and audits. Previous roles include Assistant Controller at Hampshire Hotels & Resorts and Capital Budget Auditor at Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Ylli Baku holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College, obtained in 2010 and 2002, respectively.
