Gail Lentz

Gail Lentz has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Gail currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Omnicom Health Group, a role they have held since December 2023. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at Adelphi Group (Omnicom Health Group) from 2015 to 2023. Before joining Omnicom Health Group, Gail worked as the Director of Human Resources at Lamb Insurance Services in 2015 and at OptumRx (formerly Catamaran) from 2008 to 2015. Gail began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Lenox from 1999 to 2007.

Gail Lentz has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Rider University.
