Roberto Jesús Serva

Roberto Jesús Serva serves as the Latam CFO at Omnicom Media Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Roberto held significant finance positions at Dentsu Aegis Network from January 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included establishing financial strategies for Mexico and Colombia. As the LATAM Regional Chief Financial Officer at Grey Worldwide from August 2012 to January 2018, Roberto coordinated financial strategies across several Latin American markets. Earlier experience includes serving as Financial Vice President for Leo Burnett Mexico and Finance Director for Leo Burnett Venezuela, focusing on budget management and financial control. Roberto began their career as an Audit Manager at Deloitte Venezuela and Andersen, specializing in external audits for diverse clients. Roberto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting from UCAB and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
