Tom De Bens is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in media operations and digital marketing. Currently serving as Managing Director of Media Operations at Omnicom Media Group since May 2021, Tom plays a pivotal role in guiding key markets to implement omnichannel strategies and integrated media plans that enhance growth and revenue across Omnicom's network. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Regional Director of Operations at PHD, where expertise was directed toward empowering brands in data-driven marketing. Tom's background includes serving as a Senior Marketing Partner within Diageo's Centre of Digital Excellence, where efforts were focused on enhancing marketing initiatives in Europe and Africa, as well as managing digital strategies for Western Latin America and the Caribbean. Earlier experiences feature leadership roles at Digital Extensions, M8, and positions that honed skills in digital campaign planning and execution. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Richmond and A-Levels from Dubai College.
