Michele Chase has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and organizational development. Michele is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Omnicom Public Relations Group. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Global Executive Director - People, Corporate and Investment at GroupM and Principal | HR Consultant at WBR Consulting. Michele also has extensive experience in the communications industry, having served as the Chief Talent Officer & Worldwide Managing Director at BCW Global and Head of Human Resources at Teneo Holdings Inc. Michele has held various HR roles at companies such as Burson-Marsteller, Financial Dynamics, Wind-Up Records, USA Networks, and IMG. Throughout their career, Michele has demonstrated expertise in leading HR teams, managing complex mergers and acquisitions, and developing talent strategies for global organizations.
