Kara Ricciardi

Kara Ricciardi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, culinary arts, and project management. Currently serving as an HR People Partner at Omnicom Precision Marketing Group, Kara focuses on learning and development event management across multiple agencies. As the owner of Stretchy Pants Food Tours, Kara creates unique culinary experiences in the Bay Area. Previous roles include Project Manager at Urban Adventures, Bakery Innovation R&D Fulfillment Manager, and Associate Food Technologist at JUST, along with food product development at CCD Innovation. Kara's educational credentials include an MBA from the University of San Francisco, a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center, and a BA in Political Science from Eckerd College.
