Spencer Rose

Spencer Rose, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Vice President of HR Operations COE for North America at Omnicom Precision Marketing Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Spencer held various senior human resources positions at KERN from January 2021 to July 2024 and Javelin Agency from January 2005 to April 2022, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. Additional experience includes senior roles at Enterprise Spectrum (Omnicom Group) and a Human Resources Generalist position at Neiman Marcus Group. Spencer began a career in human resources as a Workers' Compensation Claims Administrator at Hendrick Health System. Spencer's educational background includes a BBA in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas and studies at Abilene Christian University and HCI.
