Ryan Savage

Ryan Savage is currently the Chief People Officer at Omnicom Production, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan served as the Executive Director of Global Human Resources & Recruitment at Omnicom Studios from May 2023 to July 2024, overseeing HR, resourcing, and recruiting efforts. Ryan's extensive experience includes serving as Head of Talent at Inventure, where advisory responsibilities extended to 70 portfolio companies, and holding various roles in talent consulting and recruitment at companies like Compensate, Swappie, Yousician, Wolt, R/GA, and IPG Mediabrands. Ryan holds a BA in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, and an MA in Social Science from the University of Tampere.
