Dusty Hagstrom

Dusty Hagstrom is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and software development. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Omnidian since November 2021, Dusty previously held the position of Interim Director of Engineering at Jove during its sunsetting phase. Dusty’s career includes significant roles at New Engen, Inc. as both an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer, where a rapid promotion to management occurred after initially joining as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Dusty is also the founder of Panorak Consulting, specializing in data science and cloud computing. Notable projects include the design of an automated motorized wheelchair and the development of simulation software for network communications at Alanax Technologies. Dusty’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Physics from Case Western Reserve University.
