Natalie Kim

Natalie Kim is currently the VP, Legal and Corporate Secretary at Omnidian, a Series C cleantech company, where responsibilities include advising the CEO and Board on corporate governance and strategic transactions. Kim is also a member of The L Suite, an executive peer community for CLOs and GCs at high-growth tech companies. A brief sabbatical involved consulting engagements and drafting an AI contracting white paper. Previous roles include advisor at Ivo and Head of Commercial and Privacy Legal at Intrinsic, where significant contributions were made to build and scale legal functions. Earlier experience includes legal counsel positions at Apple and Cisco, with foundational years at Kirkland & Ellis and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from Princeton University.
