Arkadiusz Szczygieł

Arkadiusz Szczygieł has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and IT. Arkadiusz started their career as a Test and Usability Consultant at Omnidocs in April 2016. After that, they worked as a Software Engineer at the same company from September 2017 to December 2020. In December 2020, they were promoted to the position of Lead Software Developer, where their responsibilities included planning and coordinating work for the development team, reporting project statuses, mentoring and guiding developers, and advising product owners and project teams on technical requirements.

In addition to their role at Omnidocs, Arkadiusz also worked as a Teacher Assistant at IT-Universitetet i København from August 2017 to December 2017. Their responsibilities included preparing and facilitating exercise sessions for students and teaching programming in Python.

Prior to joining Omnidocs, Arkadiusz gained experience as an IT Student Assistant at byg-e from November 2014 to April 2016. Arkadiusz also completed an internship at byg-e from August 2015 to December 2015, where they worked on optimizing ASP.NET deployment.

Arkadiusz's first internship was at TDC from January 2014 to June 2014. During this internship, they implemented and designed a web interface-based system to calculate the number of affected customers by equipment failure, as well as display relevant information. Arkadiusz used PHP-MySQL and HTML languages to create the web interface and collaborate with a MySQL database.

Throughout their career, Arkadiusz has demonstrated their skills in software engineering, project management, mentoring, and technical advising.

Arkadiusz Szczygieł completed their education as follows:

From 2016 to 2018, they attended IT-Universitetet i København and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Development, focusing on the Advanced Computing track.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they studied at Københavns Erhvervsakademi and obtained a Bachelor Top up degree in Product Development And Integrative Technology.

Between 2012 and 2014, Arkadiusz attended Business Academy Aarhus where they pursued their AP Degree in IT Network Engineer.

Lastly, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Technikum Informatyczne and completed their studies with Vocational and mature exams in IT technician.
