Kabandi Saikia

Kabandi Saikia has worked in various positions in the past 8 years. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder and COO of Omnify, Inc., a leading technology platform for the managed recreation industry. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of LinkMySport, Inc. from 2013. In 2012, they were an Officer- Retail Banking at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where they provided specialized support to the RBS group personal and business customers and conducted 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate.

Kabandi Saikia obtained their MSc in International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations from Alliance Manchester Business School in 2011. Kabandi also holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Zoology from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008. In addition, they hold a Graduate CIPD from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK, which they obtained in September 2010, and is a Member of the Manchester Industrial Relations Society, UK, which they joined in September 2010.
