Jennifer Coss

Jennifer Coss has a diverse work experience in sales and management. Jennifer started their career as a Lead Inside Sales Representative at BRP in 2006, where they were responsible for sales targets, call center operations, and training. Jennifer also provided coaching and expedited workflow expectations based on productivity reports. In 2007, they joined Omnigo Software as a Southeast Regional Sales Manager. Their role involved matching prospects with the right solutions for their needs and building trust with customers. Jennifer strived to deliver on promises and ensure safer tomorrows by protecting employees, buildings, customers, property, reputation, and brand.

Jennifer Coss obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from Marquette University. During their undergraduate studies, they also completed minors in German and Psychology. Jennifer then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Hospitality Management at The University of Alabama and completed this program in 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, they have earned certifications in Frictionless Sales and Inbound from HubSpot Academy, as well as Non-Medical Investigators from the CITI Program.
