Mr. Henderson brings 25 years of medical device experience, repeatedly demonstrating year-over-year revenue growth across a variety of organizations and surgical specialties, committed to a patient-first approach. Prior to joining OmniGuide, Mr. Henderson served as President and General Manager of 3 Shape, Inc.

Mr. Henderson’s broad experience from Johnson and Johnson’s Ethicon Division includes strategic roles in sales leadership, global strategic marketing, finance, and national accounts. Since taking over as CEO, OmniGuide has realized a 500% increase in urology procedural adoption and double-digit growth in the Core and Robotic surgery business. The formation of the Digital Innovation Institute and emerging software capabilities designed to help reduce intraoperative complications have led to the highly anticipated patient-focused iStone, KühleDust, and SoftRÖK. OmniGuide Holdings (OGH) continues to operate as a stand-alone MedTech business generating cash and positive EBITDA. In May 2022, the company announced FDA clearance for RevoLix™ HTL, a transformational new therapy for BPH and Stone management. Mr. Henderson holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Delaware.
