“Omnik Limited” a plastic products manufacturing company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the 20th of November 1992 within the rules and regulations of the federation, with a =N=5,000,000.00 (Naira Five Million) share capital.

The company is 100% owned by Indian Nationals, named Harish Thavrani (M D), Nitya Thavrani (Director), while Mr. Kamal Thavrani is the Executive Director of the company.

The company is managed by the Managing Director Mr. Harish Thavrani / Mr. Kamal Thavrani and most of the major decisions are taken by them.

The main products of the company are, “various types of Flexible Packagings and jerry cans of different shapes and sizes” (Ranging from 10 liters to 200 liters) the daily output (Production) of the entire company is well over 45 to 50 metric tons. Most of the customers of the company are market women and some corporates dealing in construction, drinking water, soft drinks, bakeries, supermarkets, laundries, food packages, etc. There is still a willingness and scope of expansion, and keeping this in mind the company has constructed a new state of art factory at Owode Elede along Ikorodu road, for expansion / diversification.

The company believes in 100% cash sales and all the sales are done from the home sales office only.

The company has an employee force of over 135 workers and some expatriates who are experts in different fields of manufacturing / production & operations / repairs / maintenance.
