Małgorzata Pielech

Małgorzata Pielech has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2012 when they were a Specjalista ds. zakupów i ochrony środowiska at Victory Precision Technology Polska. In 2014, they moved to CEVA Logistics where they worked as a Kierownik działu reklamacji i inwentaryzacji. In 2015, Małgorzata Pielech joined SC Johnson, where they held three roles: Specjalista ds. metodologii Lean, Starszy Specjalista ds. Techniczno - produkcyjnych, and Analityk ds. Planowania i transportu. Most recently, they have been working as an Operations Manager at Omnipack since 2022.

Małgorzata Pielech obtained their Licencjat (Lic.) in Zarządzanie logistyczne w przedsiębiorstwie from the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim between 2013 and 2016. Małgorzata then went on to obtain a Magister in Logistyka, Produkcja from the Uniwersytet im. Jakuba z Paradyża w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim between 2016 and 2018.
