Michał Gębala has had a long and varied career in business. Michał began in 2007 as an Intern at PwC Consulting, followed by a Financial and Sales Specialist at Golf in Poland and then a Marketing Coordinator at Universum. In 2008, they became a Junior Financial Analyst at BMW Financial Services and an Intern at GROUPON-CITY DEAL. In 2010, they joined British American Tobacco as a Finance Management Trainee UK&Ireland. In 2011, they moved to Groupon as a Business Development Director, where they managed, coached, and recruited regional sales teams, developed and implemented sales strategies, and oversaw sales support and analytics teams. In 2012, they joined DaWanda GmbH as a Country Manager Poland, then as a Category Manager, and finally as a Member of Board of Directors DaWanda sp. z o. o. In 2016, they founded and became co-CEO of FitAdept.com, and also served as an Advisor. Currently, they are the Director of Partnerships and Merchant Success and Head of Partnerships & Merchant Success at Omnipack.
Michał Gębala obtained their Masters in Accounting and Finance from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 2004 and 2010. In 2008, they also attended the City University of Hong Kong for Business.
