MacIej Grabek

Maciej Grabek is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Omnipresent since November 2021, Maciej previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Sternkraft. Throughout a lengthy tenure at Nordea from April 2014 to October 2021, Maciej progressed through several leadership roles, including Head of Application Development and Head of Trading Technology Poland, where management encompassed over 250 individuals and a substantial budget. Maciej's earlier career features significant contributions at Microsoft, where responsibilities included knowledge sharing as a Windows Platform Development MVP, as well as editorial leadership at Codeguru.pl. Notable software engineering experience spans various companies, contributing to projects such as Ceneo.pl and developing systems for the Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority.
