Ashiish Gupta

Ashiish Gupta has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashiish is currently serving as the General Manager (India) and VP Engineering at Omniscience Corporation since 2021. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2020, they worked as the GM (Tech) and Site Lead at Atomiton, where they set up the engineering team in India and led customer solution implementation. Ashiish also managed a team of 20+ engineers and delivered custom solutions based on A-Stack for several customers.

Before Atomiton, Ashiish was the Co-founder, Coder, Sales, and Marketing personnel at ezCruiting Inc from 2016 to 2019. Ashiish played a pivotal role in developing the Semantic Job Search & Matching (SJSM) service and led the company's efforts in resume extraction, tagging, indexing, and job matching.

From 2017 to 2018, Ashiish served as the AVP Engineering at Innoviti Pvt Ltd, a fintech startup. Ashiish was responsible for the uniPAYNEXT product, which contributed significantly to the company's revenue.

Prior to these roles, Ashiish gained valuable experience at reputed companies such as Oracle Corporation, Nokia, mChek India, and Sterling Corp (An AT&T Company), where they held positions of Director, Head R&D, Director of QE & DevOps, and Manager, respectively.

Additionally, Ashiish has also worked as an Advisor at IIT Mentors and as an Engineer, Founder, and Dreamer at LWL Technologies, where they built a platform offering services for the student community.

Ashiish Gupta completed their Intermediate education from Mahanagar Boys' Inter College from the year 1981 to 1989, with a focus on Science and Math. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics & Communication from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
