Deivydas Daugėla has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Deivydas started their career as a Sales Manager at OSTAS in 2012. Deivydas then worked as a UPS Shipping Agent and later as a UPS Universal Agent at Transcom before joining Barclays as an IT Support Analyst in 2013. In 2015, Deivydas joined Nasdaq, where they held multiple roles, including Multimedia Project Manager, Senior Multimedia Project Manager, and Webcasting Team Manager. In 2018, they moved to West Corporation as a Webcasting Team Manager. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at COWI as the Head of IT Service Desk. Currently, Deivydas is the Director of Customer Support at Omnisend, and they will soon transition into the role of Director of Customer Success. Throughout their career, Deivydas has demonstrated leadership skills, people management, customer support, and project management expertise.

Deivydas Daugėla completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business and Communication at ISM University of Management and Economics. Deivydas is currently pursuing a Master of Management degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the same institution. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Business Yellow Belt certification from Nasdaq in 2017.
