Rokas Cechanavicius

Rokas Cechanavicius has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rokas currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Omnisend, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this role, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Omnisend from March 2022 to January 2024.

Before joining Omnisend, Rokas worked at CGTrader starting in October 2017. Rokas held the role of Team Lead | Frontend Engineer from October 2018 to March 2022, where they led a team of developers while actively contributing as a front-end engineer. Rokas started as a Frontend Engineer at CGTrader from October 2017 to October 2018, mainly focusing on React and code architecture.

Rokas began their professional journey at Flixmedia in November 2014, where they worked as a UI/UX Developer until October 2017. Their responsibilities included building product pages for well-established brands and standardizing the development process.

Prior to joining Flixmedia, Rokas was associated with Innodev.lt as a Creative Director from March 2012 to November 2014. In this role, they were responsible for brand development, web design, and front-end development.

Rokas started their career as a UI/UX Designer at Chitter from July 2011 to March 2012. Before that, they worked at E-PASAS.LT as a UI/UX Designer from July 2010 to July 2011, where they were responsible for the design and user experience of major Lithuanian portals.

Throughout their career, Rokas has displayed expertise in engineering management, front-end development, UI/UX design, and brand development across a variety of industries.

From 2006 to 2010, Rokas Cechanavicius attended Vilnius University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications with a focus on Electronics.
