V Prem Kumar is a seasoned Global HR Executive with extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, Consulting, and Human Resources across leading technology companies including VMware, Cisco Systems, and Alcatel-Lucent. They held senior roles such as Senior Manager of HR at Philips Software Centre and have contributed significantly to organizational design, leadership development, and change management. Currently, as Head of HR for APAC at Omnissa, a KKR company, V leads the HR function across multiple countries. They hold an MBA in General Management and Marketing from TA Pai Management Institute and are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Manipal Institute of Technology.
