Maya Kurtz

Maya Kurtz serves as the Conceptual Operations Research Team Lead at Omnisys since October 2018, where responsibilities include leading defense-related research for the Ministry of Defense's DDR&D Department and managing a team of analysts in various research methodologies. Previous experience spans over eight years at Union Bank of Israel in roles such as Training Development Manager, Banking Team Leader, and Private and SMB Banker, focusing on training program development, team leadership, and financial product management. Prior experience also includes quality assurance for a classified software system at Ifel Advanced Systems LTD. Maya holds an M.Sc. in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University of Israel.
