Denise W.

Denise W. has a long history of work experience in the technology industry. Denise began their career in 1994 as a Dialer Technician at HSBC. During their time there, they held the roles of Technology Manager, Manager - Technical Project Management, and Technical Project Manager. In 2013, they moved to Capital One as a Senior Technology Manager. In 2016, they joined Omnitech, Inc. as a Project Manager. In this role, they mentored team members on project management methodology, agile process and practices, and engaged in client interactions. Denise also managed internal and external communication, and identified and addressed where process and/or education were needed. Finally, they provided leadership, direction and strengthened company culture in a team environment.

Denise W. has an education history that includes a Masters degree from Colorado Technical University obtained in 2002 in the fields of Management and Information Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University obtained in 1992 in Computer Science. Additionally, Denise W. holds certifications from the Project Management Institute, including a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (obtained in June 2021), PMP (obtained in April 2011), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (obtained in September 2017), and ITIL Foundations.
