Robert Rentz

Robert Rentz currently serves as the VP and Deputy General Counsel at OmniTRAX, Inc., where significant contributions have facilitated a growth of over 50% since assuming the role in January 2016. Previous experience includes positions as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Counsel, focusing on drafting and negotiating complex agreements and overseeing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to OmniTRAX, Robert Rentz worked at TriZetto Healthcare Products as a Senior Contract Analyst and at CH2M as a Senior Contract Specialist. An educational background includes a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, a Master of Science in Transportation Management from the University of Denver, and a B.S. in International Business from Central Michigan University.
