Zachary Vallos

Zachary Vallos has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Zachary started their career as a Project Management Co-op at Pepper Construction Company, where they facilitated the change management process and ensured on-schedule completion of projects. Zachary then worked as a Preconstruction Co-op at Walsh Construction, where they analyzed plans and specifications and developed project budgets. Following this, Zachary worked as a Project Management Co-op at Delta Railroad Construction, Inc, where they tracked job progress and established best practices for ISO 9001 Certification. Zachary later joined the University of Cincinnati for an MBA Capstone project, where they analyzed market outlook and developed financial projections for a business plan. Zachary also worked at Audencia, where they researched and developed a CSR/sustainability strategy and designed a business strategy for an American firm entering the European market. Finally, they worked at OmniTRAX, Inc, starting as an Engineer and progressing to the roles of Senior Project Manager and System Engineer.

Zachary first attended The University of Cincinnati | College of Engineering from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business.
