Anna Pilartz

Anna Pilartz has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Anna started their career as a Praktikantin in Consulting at Dr. Henning Consult & Partners Unternehmensberatung GmbH in 2008. Anna then interned in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie at TU Dresden, where they focused on HR and business consulting. Anna joined Deutsche Telekom AG in 2014 as Group Transformational Change. Anna then worked as an HR Consultant on a freelance basis, where they developed and implemented recruiting processes and strategies. In 2015, Anna joined Locafox GmbH as a Junior HR Manager, managing full-cycle recruiting and implementing recruiting processes. Anna was later promoted to HR Manager, where they developed and implemented feedback processes and cultural onboarding. In 2016, Anna worked as a Personal/Business Coach and HR Consultant at Career-Lab.de. In 2017, they founded VisaHelp.de and served as the Founder. That same year, they joined omnius as VP of People, where they collaborated with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals, and developed the company into a remote-first company with a hybrid working approach. Anna also executed cultural initiatives and organized onsite bonding weeks. Overall, Anna has a strong background in HR consulting, recruiting, and talent management.

Anna Pilartz attended Technische Universität Dresden from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie on November 15, 2014. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Vienna from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Vordiplom, but the field of study is unknown. Anna also has additional certifications as a Systemischer Business Coach and Systemischer Personal Coach from Coaching Akademie Berlin, obtained in 2016.
