Sirle T. has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to the present. Sirle started their career as an HR Specialist at ABC Supermarkets AS from December 2010 to December 2012. Since then, they have worked at Omniva in various roles. Sirle began as a Service Administrator (Superuser) from December 2012 to March 2016, where they were responsible for managing the sending of letters via an e-service system and providing support to internal and external customers. From April 2016 to October 2019, Sirle served as the Head of E-solutions department, leading a team of specialists and coordinating business and IT developments. Subsequently, they became the Head of Business Systems Department from November 2019 to March 2021, overseeing the coordination of business and IT developments, acting as the product owner for sending letters via e-service, and ensuring GDPR compliance. Currently, Sirle holds the position of Head of Superusers at Omniva, where their responsibilities include leading a team of specialists and coordinating business and IT developments.
