Melanie Ortiz

Melanie Ortiz serves as the Director of Client Success at Omnivers, a position held since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Manager for Customer Retention at Healthfirst and Customer Success Manager at both Braid Health and Genome Medical, Inc. Melanie has also held a Senior Manager position at Myriad Genetics and a Manager role at Square, focusing on customer success. Early career experience encompasses serving as Client Services Supervisor in the GeneDx Division at BioReference and positions in sales support and customer service within the same company from 2011 to 2015. Melanie holds a Diploma in Pastoral Ministry from Hillsong College.
