Randy Taylor

Randy Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and instructional design. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Learning & Engagement at OmniVision Technologies, Inc. since August 2016, Randy also operates Randy Taylor Weddings as a business owner since October 2013. Previous roles include Technical Trainer/Instructional Designer at Duke Clinical Research Institute, Senior Instructional Designer at Performance Impact, and Senior Training Manager at Fireside Bank, among others. Randy's career began with positions at organizations such as Liquid Thinking and Knight Ridder, and includes a solid foundation in software instruction and technical production. Randy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Mission College, earned between 1982 and 1986.
