Andrew Adams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew started their career as a Customer Service Associate at ING USA in 2010, where they worked with operational stakeholders to identify process gaps and provided high-quality customer service. Andrew then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Customer Service Associate, delivering exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls.
