Hilal Paray

Hilal Paray has a diverse work experience in the IT industry, starting in 2003. Hilal began their career as a Team Leader at BQE, where they focused on Windows and Web development using languages such as C#, VB.Net, C++, and Java. In 2006, they joined Komori Corporation as a Team Leader and Senior Bilingual Engineer, where they led a multicultural team and was involved in design and development projects.

In 2012, Paray worked as a Senior Functional Architect and Lead Developer at iPipeline, where they played a dual role as a business analyst and architect developer. Hilal'sresponsibilities included design and development using languages such as C#, C++, and Java.

Following this, Paray joined Triumph International in 2014 as a Lead Enterprise Architect, Lead Technical Project Manager, and IT Development Manager. Hilal provided design and architecture guidance, worked closely with other technologists, and collaborated on creating cross-domain solutions.

In 2016, Paray joined IBM as a Lead Technical Manager and Senior Cloud Consultant, where they focused on project planning and monitoring, coaching and mentoring employees, and complete .Net development.

From 2018 to 2020, Paray worked at UiPath in various roles, including Senior Digital Transformation Advisor, Technical Manager, Head of Customer Success, and RPA Consultant. Hilal'sresponsibilities included working with clients proactively on IT trends, developing proposals, and implementing the UiPath platform.

Most recently, Paray joined Omnix International in 2020 as the Head of Robotic Process Automation, Conversational AI, Machine Learning, and AI & OCR - Pre Sales. Hilal'sresponsibilities include strategizing and developing RPA and automation capabilities, implementing a competency framework, and analyzing areas of improvement for RPA and Lean practices. Hilal is also currently working as the Pre Sales Director for HyperAutomation, focusing on process mining, RPA, Conversational AI, and AI-enabled OCR.

Hilal Paray holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), obtained from 1998 to 2002. In 2008, Hilal also obtained JLPT 3,2,1 certification in Japanese Language from the Japanese School. Additionally, Hilal completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University from 2004 to 2005 and a Bachelor's of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Accounts from Delhi University from 1999 to 2002. Hilal has obtained several certifications, including RPA Business Analyst/Solution Architect and RPA Foundation/Orchestrator/Advanced from UiPath - Robotic Process Automation in 2018 and 2017 respectively, and JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) certification from Japanese Education Exchange in 2008.
