Nishant Padhye has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nishant is the Founder of omniXM, a company that offers Experience Management solutions to businesses, helping them prioritize customer and employee experiences. Nishant was responsible for digitizing, personalizing, and optimizing user experiences through defining, measuring, and improving Experience Quotient (XQ). Prior to starting omniXM, Nishant worked as a Sales leader at Microsoft from 2011 to 2017, where they drove revenue and managed pipelines through scalable marketing programs. Nishant also served as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft from 2006 to 2011, driving significant revenue for Windows 7 and leading a team to develop a Solution-led sales motion for Microsoft's enterprise business. Nishant gained experience in real estate development as a Real Estate Developer at Meraki Homes LLC, where they built and sold single-family homes. Nishant also co-founded Z-Axon Inc, a fast-growing AR/VR company, and successfully exited within a year. At Z-Axon, Nishant focused on bringing AR/VR solutions to enable businesses to engage emotionally with their customers. Nishant simplified the buying/leasing process for the Residential and Commercial Real Estate industry using RE360 and HoloLens-based solutions. In the earlier years of their career, Nishant worked as an IT Manager at NewTek, managing IT infrastructure and implementing cost-cutting initiatives. Nishant also worked as a Sr. Software Developer at InstaWatch, where they created streaming media portals and designed an online digital asset management system. Overall, Nishant's expertise lies in experience management, sales leadership, product marketing, real estate development, AR/VR solutions, and IT management.
Nishant Padhye completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Nishant then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary's University, attending from 2000 to 2002. Nishant further enhanced their education by obtaining an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they pursued their studies from 2004 to 2006.
