John Triplett

John Triplett has worked in the software engineering field since 2004. John began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at RealGo, Inc. in 2004 where they designed and developed a SyncML compliant contact synchronization client and server. John then worked as a Research Analyst at Southwest Research Institute from 2005 to 2011, where they developed software for both Windows and Linux, wrote low level hardware device drivers for embedded applications, and had extensive experience using CORBA in C++ (ACE/TAO) and Python (omniORB). In 2011, they joined Automation Technologies Inc. as a Mid-Level Software Engineer, where they designed and developed a web application for configuring and monitoring a data flow management system, developed several Jersey servlets and RESTful services in Java, and created a web based graphical user interface using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), and the Sencha GXT toolkit. Finally, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Omnyon since 2015.

John Triplett completed their high school education at Philomath High School from 1991 to 1995. John then attended Front Range Community College from 1998 to 2001 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems. Finally, they attended Colorado State University from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
