Nick Witherspoon

Nick Witherspoon has been working in the IT industry since 1990. Nick began their career at KAWG&F, PA as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in 1990. Nick then moved to KAWG&F in 1992, where they remained as the CTO until 2004. From 2004 to 2018, they worked at Leidos as the Chief Systems Engineer, focusing on Open Source environments and working with most major cloud and operating system variants within the COTS and GOTS environments. In 2018, they joined Omnyon as a Senior Systems Engineer / Principal Systems Administrator Linux.

Nick Witherspoon earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 1983 and 1993. In October 2021, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
