Aiko Fushida

Aiko Fushida has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Aiko started their career in 1995 as the Director of Marketing & Promotion at the Food from Britain Japan Representative Office. From there, they went on to work at YYplanet.com as the Director of Sales and Business Development. In 1997, they joined IVEX International Venture Management as a Regional Director, where they handled sales, marketing, research, and negotiation on behalf of clients in various industries. Aiko then worked at Japan Venture Partners as a Regional Director, responsible for developing U.S. clients interested in expanding their business in Japan. Aiko also executed projects on behalf of Japanese clients. In 2009, Aiko joined Runa as the VP of Account Management and worked there until 2013. Aiko then joined KDDI America as a Strategic Venture Relations Executive. Aiko's next role was with VLAB, where they first served in various chair positions including Chair and President, followed by becoming the Chair Emeritus and Board Member. Their most recent role was at Omnyway, where they served as the SVP of Customer Success.

Aiko Fushida obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Duke University.
