Michael Treutel

Michael Treutel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at omoqo GmbH since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Manager & Consultant for various technology companies, specializing in transformation and innovation for battery and e-mobility. Michael provided support in market entry and expansion strategies, market knowledge enhancement, and marketing and sales professionalization. Michael has also held significant roles at Heraeus, where they served as the Global Head of Marketing & Sales for Heraeus Battery Technology and Senior Vice President Global Marketing for Heraeus Photovoltaics. Additionally, they have garnered experience in sales and marketing management positions at ThermoTec, Hedrich Vacuum Systems, Accenture, Applied Materials, Csion Consulting, Fleishman-Hillard, and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Frankfurt am Main. Overall, Michael has a strong background in commercial leadership and expertise across multiple sectors.

Michael Treutel earned a Master of Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) degree in Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt, during the period of 1989-1995. Michael also obtained a certification in Online-Marketing Grundlagen from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
