Chris de Mol

Chris De Mol serves as the People Lead & Change Manager for Product Development at OMP since November 2023, focusing on driving organizational and behavioral changes to enhance value delivery. Prior to this role, Chris held several significant positions, including Chief Technology Officer at CERM and various leadership roles at Showpad, where contributions included directing Product & Engineering Operations and serving as Vice President of Engineering. Chris also has a background in research and development as R&D Director at fifthplay nv, and extensive experience in program and operations management from previous roles at Technicolor, Steria, Tele Atlas, Sony, and Siemens. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Excellence in Business Process Improvements from Vlerick Business School and a Master’s in Engineering Electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent.
