John Shebaya

John Shebaya is an experienced project manager currently working at OMP since January 2023. Prior to this role, John held several positions at Eastman from January 2015 to March 2023, including IBP Transformation & Digitization Project Lead, where the focus was on demand management and implementing OMP across the organization. Additional roles at Eastman included Global Demand Manager for Tire Additives and Sales Operations Analyst, leading the implementation of Salesforce.com for over 1,500 users. Earlier experience includes a supply chain solutions consultant role at Eastman, a brief MBA social entrepreneurship project in Vietnam, a consultancy in lean transformation at Cummins Inc., and various positions at Murex specializing in quality control and release management. John holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School, a BiMBA from Peking University, and a BS in Management Information Systems from Lebanese American University.
