Niki Saccareccia

Niki Saccareccia is an experienced yoga professional, currently serving as the Founder of Light Inside Yoga since February 2010, where responsibilities include independent yoga teaching, mentoring, event planning, and social media marketing. Niki also works as a Content Creator for Yoga Wake Up since June 2016, creating guided meditation and yoga content, and as a Consultant for Goodpath since August 2019, focusing on wellness programming for a medical team. As a Yoga Teacher at Ompractice and One Down Dog, Niki has facilitated online classes and served diverse populations, while previous roles include Wellness Specialist at Industrious and Yoga Teacher at multiple studios. Niki possesses extensive education in yoga therapy and psychology, holding degrees from the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa, along with several yoga teacher training certifications.
