Marcel Hermes is an experienced professional in event production and management, currently serving as Teamlead Event Production at OMR since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the production of the OMR Festival. Additionally, Marcel holds leadership roles in managing the OMR campus and office operations. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Sales & Project Manager at Party Rent Group and Project Manager for gastronomy at bajazzo caterings OHG, along with various positions in logistics coordination and outdoor catering management. Marcel's education includes a Diplom in Event Management from the Studieninstitut für Kommunikation and a Diplom as a hygiene officer in the event sector from the Industrie und Handelskammer Frankfurt.
