Vincent Bast

Vincent Bast is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, event management, and marketing. Currently serving as Teamlead Customer Success at OMR since October 2021, Vincent oversees a team of six Customer Success Managers and is focused on establishing a strategic and scalable Customer Success framework. Vincent has held several roles at OMR, including Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of over 40 SaaS companies, and Customer Success Manager. At RAD RACE, Vincent works as a sales consultant, while previous entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Urban Cranks Bicycles GbR. Vincent's diverse background also includes roles in project management, marketing, and event coordination for various companies, supported by a Master of Science in Business Management specializing in Marketing and International Business from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz.
