Hasnain Bokhari

Hasnain Bokhari is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at ABA Oman International School, Hasnain leads the Governance Committee and has been with the Omran Group OM as Senior Legal Counsel since April 2015, overseeing contracts and project financing for significant tourism projects in Oman. Previous roles include Legal Associate at Al Busaidy Mansoor Jamal & Co, where Hasnain represented the Omani government in major tourism developments, along with experience at Ufone managing corporate legal affairs, and at Mandviwalla & Zafar drafting and negotiating various corporate contracts. Hasnain also hosted a legal television show, "Insaaf 24-7," and holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an LLB from the University of London.
