Pierre Rezus

Pierre Rezus is a seasoned cinematographer and psychologist based in Amsterdam, with a diverse career spanning over two decades in film and documentary production. Pierre's film journey commenced as a video-assist operator for the family film *Minoes* in 2000, leading to various prominent cinematography roles for documentaries such as *The Children's Mayor*, *Zapp Echt Gebeurd*, and *Voices of Fear*. In addition to extensive work in the film industry, Pierre also holds leadership positions, serving as treasurer for the Netherlands Society of Cinematographers since 2022 and founding Good Old Glass, a company specializing in vintage cinema lenses. Pierre pursued academic excellence, obtaining a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with distinction from the University of Amsterdam in 2015, and continues to integrate psychological insights into both cinematography and educational initiatives.
