Anita de Graaf

Anita de Graaf has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Anita started their career in 1984 as a Team Lead Administration at Centrale Dienst voor In- en Uitvoer before moving on to Bruins Visscher Licht as a Finance Manager from 1989 to 1991. Anita'snext role was at Straumann B.V., where they worked as a Financial Accountant from 1991 to 1994 and then as a Finance Manager from 1995 to 1999. From 2000 to 2017, Anita worked at Straumann, initially as a Manager Finance & Operations and later as a Director Finance & Operations Benelux, overseeing various aspects of finance and operations. In 2017, they joined Staples Business Advantage as the Head of FP&A Benelux and Global Accounts, and later became the Finance Director Benelux & Global Accounts Team, playing a vital role in the company's restructuring and finance transformation. Anita's most recent role is as the Finance Director EMEA at Omron Healthcare Europe since 2019. Additionally, in 2018, Anita also took on a role as a Kili-Challenger at War Child Holland, where they climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for children affected by war. Overall, Anita has gained extensive experience in finance, operations, strategic planning, and team management throughout their career.

Anita de Graaf's education history includes various certifications and modules from different institutions. In 2004, they completed a Senior Project Management program at NCOI Business School. In 2006, they pursued a Post Bachelor Business Management program at NCOI Business School. In 2008, Anita completed three Master modules in Financial Management, Management & Organisatie, and Operations Management at NCOI University. In 2009, they attended IMD and studied High Performance Leadership. Later, in 2014, Anita obtained a Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certification from LSSP. In 2015, they added a Lean Management & DMAIC, Green Belt certification to their portfolio, also from LSSP. In 2017, Anita studied Administratieve Organisatie at Open Universiteit. In 2021, they completed a course in Blue Ocean Strategy at INSEAD and is currently enrolled in another program at the same institution.
