Nicole Wekx

Nicole Wekx is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Compensation Benefits Manager EMEA at Omron Healthcare since June 2016. In this role, Nicole develops and implements strategies and policies related to compensation and benefits across EMEA locations. Prior to Omron, Nicole worked at Yamaha Motor Europe as a Compensation & Benefits/HR Business Partner, where initiatives included improving HR policies and maintaining remuneration systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), overseeing HR operations in the Dutch office, and as HR Support Coordinator at Priority Telecom, managing personnel administration. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam, earned in 1999.
