Carol Rae Lucarelli has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carol Rae started their career as a Creative Services Coordinator at the National Association of Realtors in 1988, and then moved on to become a Creative Services Manager at Probus Publishing Company in 1991. Carol Rae later joined C-Line Products as a Marketing Project Manager in 1993. In 1995, Carol joined ACCO Brands, where they held various roles including Senior Product Manager, Trade Manager/Market Manager, Director of Merchandising & Brand Management/Business Development, Category Manager, and U.S. Brand Manager. During their time at ACCO Brands, they demonstrated skills in cross-functional team management, category evaluation, pricing strategies, brand development, product development, and strategic merchandising solutions. In 2014, Carol worked as a Merchandising Manager at VTech before joining OMRON Healthcare, Inc. in 2015. At OMRON, they gradually progressed from Director of Marketing and Product Development to Director of Marketing & Ecommerce, and finally to their current role as Executive Director of Marketing & Ecommerce. Throughout their career, Carol has shown a strong ability to drive growth, manage teams, and deliver results.
Carol Rae Lucarelli has a Master of Science degree in Advertising from Northwestern University. Carol Rae also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a specialization in Advertising and Marketing, from Marquette University. Additionally, they have completed coursework towards an MBA at DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
